Today my parents go to get me a new buggy. I mean ‘new’, new to me, but still second hand…but I don’t mind. As long as its comfy enough and with slightly better suspension system than my current one I’m happy. So, we leave early in the morning, as its very hot day today reaching 42C at noon!!! We gat back home in the afternoon. My dad starts getting the new buggy ready as it requires a bit of TLC – bearings, wheels general cleaning etc. Then we can take it for a spin first time. We go for a walk to our local park, and I must say all in all its quite good ride – not bad at all, as I fall asleep after 10min.

In the evening my mum bakes a bread for tomorrows breakfast…and it’s a proper home-made sourdough bread…man it smells awesome! I can’t wait when I can have a bite… Later on in the evening when I am already sound asleep, my parents do a bit more research about Down Syndrome…you, know its still ‘new’ to us! They read Staszek-Fistaszek’s blog. It’s a blog written by a mother to a little boy (well a bit older than me) with DS. She is very knowledgeable about DS and the blog is very informative, funny and most important quite optimistic!
